The Institute for Operational Success offers customized concepts for the professional development and certification of specialists and managers and creates an individual training standard for the employee development in your company.

Certification

Different levels can be achieved depending on the competences. As part of the basic training IFOSS offers training, online courses and online certification. In addition, companies can certify competencies in these Basic Levels internally by IFOSS accredited trainers.

In the Expert Levels, projects with defined standard requirements must be successfully implemented. In order to guarantee the achieved level and project success, the IFOSS Institute will check and certify this on site if necessary.

1. Screening

IFOSS compares your training contents with you and creates a gap analysis with regard to the IFOSS competence standards.

2. Schulungskonzept

Based on the gap analysis, IFOSS will create a training program with you based on the IFOSS competence standards. Missing training contents are made available and internal trainers will be developed.

3. Akkreditierung

Internal trainers or partners are certified according to the IFOSS competence standards. Certificates can be awarded at “Basic Level” by the certified trainers after successful testing by IFOSS.
